I use an iPhone app called WeightMan to track my weight. Every morning I weigh in and record the result. I've been doing this for a few years now and I've got quite a bit of data there. Or, I HAD quite a bit of data there. My app crashed last week and wiped it clean. I was immediately crushed. I've got flashes of OCD in some parts of my life and this is one of them. So I'm starting fresh with the app. Kind of. For the last few years, as inspiration to lose weight (for Ken) or keep weight off (for me), Ken and I record our weight on a tracking sheet once a week. I have a couple years worth of those sheets and I'm not in the process of recording my Sunday weigh in results. Again, OCD.
